The Raesz Team with Keller Williams Realty is part of a crowded Austin real estate market and came to me like many other clients: wanting to be on the first page of Google search results.
To accomplish this, I suggested a widespread approach. First, we updated the Raesz Team websites and optimized them for search engines, which is known as SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
Secondly, we launched a social media campaign with multiple, pre-scheduled posts per week to connect with potential customers more frequently.
Third, we revamped and capitalized on a video series that the team had experimented with before. This video series offers real estate market updates every Monday and focuses on different areas each week. The series provides valuable information to potential clients and again, helps to connect with potential clients in a structured way.
Finally, we began to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to determine how successful our efforts were. KPIs will be different for each client, but for The Raesz Team, we were looking at the number of visitors on their site, conversion rates, and length of time spent on the site.
The campaign is currently in progress, and will continue through the end of October.
